One method is to avoid posting contact information. Instead, you create a contact form, often safeguarded by a Captcha. (Note: a Captcha is a graphic challenge that stops the form-filling process unless the correct letters are typed.

This may be great for stopping Spam, but it also cuts down on your credibility. Your desire to communicate that you are customer-centered and accessible is shot down, too.

So, how do you post E-mail addresses, and telephone numbers without opening up the "Spam Gates" and "telemarketing sewers?"
